A swap exchanges one asset for another. The quote is live and can change, so verify the token identity, network, route, and minimum received amount immediately before confirming.
Step-by-step

Review the route, estimated receive amount, price impact, slippage, fees, and minimum received amount.

Check the wallet prompt matches the action you intended to approve or sign.

Keep the receipt and transaction hash until the destination balance is confirmed.
Safety warning
Never approve a lookalike token or sign a wallet prompt you do not understand. Failed on-chain attempts can still consume gas.
